What is the purpose of the workshop? Â The NVCA/SVB Seed Managers Workshop is a half-day dedicated to helping new VC fund managers successfully navigate key fundraising, legal, and administrative challenges.Â
What types of firms can participate? This workshop is exclusively open to VCs in the process of raising their first or second fund, with a focus on seed and early stage fund managers.  Â

How many people from my team can attend? We invite one partner per firm to attend. We are capping participation at 40 individuals to foster a productive, closed door discussion.
